Nine ASCER member companies showcased their latest ceramic products at a seminar-exhibition held on 18 June at Cracow’s Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology
As part of its international promotion plan, Tile of Spain has organised, together with IVACE+I International—an agency under the Regional Ministry of Industry, Tourism, Innovation and Trade of the Valencian Government—a seminar in Cracow (Poland) aimed at Polish architects, designers and distributors.
Under the title ‘¡Hola, Cerámica!’, the event was held at the Manngha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology (26 Konopnickiej Street, Cracow). The aim of the event was to bring Spanish ceramics closer to local specifiers, highlighting their value in architecture and interior design projects through innovation, sustainability and aesthetic appeal.
The seminar featured two lectures addressing the use of ceramics in architectural design. The first was delivered by Héctor Ruiz Velázquez, founder of Ruiz Velázquez Studio, while the second was presented by interior architect Grzegorz Goworek from Studio Organic.
The programme was complemented by an exhibition area showcasing the latest ceramic tile collections from nine Spanish brands: Arcana, Azuvi, Baldocer, Cevica, Keraben, Peronda, Porcelanosa, Realonda and Roca Tile.
A dedicated microsite was developed for the seminar, providing information on the programme, the registration form and details about the participating companies and speakers.
These initiatives aim to promote Spanish ceramics as a high-value architectural material that uniquely combines design, innovation and sustainability, strengthening its presence in strategic markets, including the Polish market. Poland is currently the 11th largest export destination for ceramic tiles, showing continued growth, with sales reaching €72.1 million in 2025 and a 4.8% increase in Q1 2026, when exports totalled €19.5 million.
