For another year Casa Décor comes to an end, and ceramic tile has established itself as one of the star players in the interior design world.  In this 2026 edition the event has been held in a setting like no other: the Casa Palacio del Marqués de Los Vélez y Conde de Niebla, an imposing 3,500 square meters palace in the classic fin du siècle of the XIX century style, located in the center of the historic Barrio de las Letras in Madrid.

In this setting ceramic tile from Spain has proven once again the capacity to transform and the connection with legacy.  In a world searching for more personal solutions, sensible and sustainable, the ceramic industry answers with products that respect origins and territories.  This year the trends invite us to journey through materials, emotions and culture, showing how innovation can honor tradition.

Materials, memories and origins

The return to the most primal and mineral essence is a reality we were able to observe in Casa Décor.  With the purpose of reconnecting with nature, we have seen ceramic tiles that mimic organic textures, tactile reliefs and geological strata.

Emotional Refuge

Amid the noise of the outside world, the home emerges as a haven of serenity, a theme that is very much at the forefront of this edition. This trend seeks to create comfort through a new, warm minimalism, using soft tones, delicate textures, and enveloping finishes that invite mindfulness and help build atmospheres.

Live Herigate

Tradition and craftsmanship continue to set trends, but with a contemporary and playful twist. This aesthetic recovers classic motifs and traditional techniques, updating them with vibrant colors and daring formats, connecting past and present.  Throughout the Casa Décor journey, we have seen how ceramic tile has been used as an expressive tool, creating dynamic spaces full of rhythm and loaded with character.

Feel the excess

Sophistication and the most exuberant elegance have once again found their ultimate expression at Casa Decor through ceramic installations that stand out for their intricate finishes and striking visual depth. This sophistication is reimagined through ceramic pieces inspired by fine materials and finishes, creating atmospheres defined by an emotional, sensory, and visual aesthetic where the ornamental blends with the technological and the symbolic.
